We're using an Dell R200 1U server here. All SIP so I can't answer to Sangoma Compatibility. It's configured with a pair of drives on a PERC 6 Raid controller setup for RAID 1, and a relatively slow processor, a 1.6Ghz Celeron. I don't do much transcoding and our 30 or so users barely warm the CPU up. This is a "typical" SMB office use, with about 1/3 of the users off site. No hot swap, but for us, taking it down after hours to swap a disk is not an issue.
