We are experiencing a delay on answering a call at an extension. When a person 
calls in, the IVR answers, they dial the extension, the extension rings (as 
well as the Follow Me).
When the user answers the phone and says, "Hello this is Chuck", the caller 
usually misses the "Hello this..." or even the whole "Hello this is Chuck". 
Basically both people are waiting in silence and since the caller didn't hear 
the greeting, they say "Hello?"... after that initial confusion, then  the rest 
of the call is fine.

Any ideas of how to resolve this?
