Hi Chuck,

1. I assume after install PIAF you run the

update-scripts
update-fixes

2. There are several reasons

A. Network Delay... Does PIAF and Phone in same network?
B. Are you using canreinvite = yes

The problem is establish the media path (RTP). Debug the RTP you will find
the cause
