Hi Yajie, SNR is created as a virtual number (that can be ported) that is 
designed to forward all incoming calls,
however, more by luck than design, it can forward at least 3 or 4 calls at the 
same time. Normally, this would not seem
to be very useful but if forwarded to a voip line it will handle at 3 or 4 
calls at a time (no problem).
Since all the forwarding uses a digital protocol for dialing as opposed to DTMF 
(inband signaling)the delay is not
noticeable. The caller has no idea that the call has been rerouted by SNR.
