Hi, I am trying to get a client to migrate to voip.
I have a couple of questions. 1) They currently have bell Local Link lines. 4 lines that roll over to each other. They want to add lines but also keep a couple of these for 911 and backup. is there a way to have one of the lines forwarded or busy transfered? 2) if there is a way to busy transfer, can these go to a group of voip lines and then have them when full roll back to the physical lines?
