It's set redirection on the Norstar if you want to call forward to an external number.
To redirect your calls to an external number. Press [Feature] 84 Press your line button Enter 9 plus the number you want your phone to be redirected to. Press soft key OK. Press soft key ALL. Press soft key OK. Your calls are now redirected to the external number. To turn off redirection. Press [Feature] #84 Press soft key ALL. Press soft key OK. Call will now ring to phone in office. Name display support might be a firmware update. I seem to remember that call forwarding outside the system was implemented through the call pilot voicemail system, but I'm no longer sure about that.
