I think the easy way is

download the http://iso2usb.sourceforge.net/

<http://iso2usb.sourceforge.net/>Then Run the Program

Point the PIAF  ISO image location

It will automatically recognize the usb and create a Boot able USB with the
PIAF image

This should work.
