I am bumping this requirement to a PAID one now. Do you know of any closed source, paid, software that does a good job with opening an existing contact from Outlook when a call comes in?
The reason for bump is that literally there are no working open-source software out there that does Outlook pop-up. Not sure what the big deal is but I have also been struggling to find a Paid version that works as well....
