Out of all the at least 10 different paid and free/opensource software that I used only Ingeniussoftware product worked for inbound pop-up of outlook contact. I am not sure if it works for outbound but that's not my need right now. Every other piece of software was broken, hard to configure, complicated, and not working...I think licensing complications are part of the problem as the creators get greedy but also probably the various versions of Asterisk and Outlook are to blame for.
