Aastra 420d/snom m3 action is hold->options-> (cursor) transfer
Panasonic is menu -> 2. transfer | 3. blind | 4. conference
snom m9 is options -> (cursor, cursor) transfer call
                             -> new call -> something something

I didn't notice any programmable shortcuts that dyzsilver mentioned,
but I didn't look too hard.
