We used to use Polycom, then I got an Aastra 6867i, lots of buttons, Beautiful phone, 5 button BLF/XFer on the left side. Colour Screen also.
Provisioning with OSS Endpoint Manager, or the commercial module if flawless, and they're Gig POE too. Pricing is very reasonable.
