Chuck, Most any of the companies that are in 151 Front are very good (Priority Colo, Accelerated Connections, Cologix, Neutral Data, etc).
I have no experience with Cogent data centres but I can tell you that their internet connections are pretty good (now). I added the "now" in brackets because many years ago (4+ years ago) they were awful. They had all sorts of problems and developed a bad name. They fixed those problems and have been rock solid for a number of years. As you have undoubtedly noticed, they are very price aggressive as well.
