What you are saying doesn't make sense. On one hand you are saying numbers
were ported "into my Unlimitel account.", then the problem is; "Bell is
unwilling to release them"... ? Is it Bell or Unlimitel?

In any case, the bottom line is; whoever is the current LEC, should provide
current service address information which you can use in the porting
request.

At the end of the day, if the carrier that you are porting to to isn't
willing to help, then you should find someone else. Porting is governed by
the CRTC with a well defined set of rules and none of it is rocket science.
