I am trying to use mISDN with HFC Billion ISDN Card (1 S0)

Load kernel module :

mISDN_core
mISDN_l1 debug=0
mISDN_l2 debug=0
l3udss1
mISDN_dsp debug=0 options=0x0
hfcpci layermask=0xf protocol=0x2

In modules.conf

load => res_features.so
load => chan_misdn.so
load => chan_modem.so

[global]
res_features.so = yes
chan_modem.so = yes
chan_misdn.so = yes

in misdn.conf

[general]
debug=0
method=standard
append_digits2exten=yes
bridging=yes

[default]
context=default
language=en
nationalprefix=0
internationalprefix=00
rxgain=0
txgain=0
dialplan=0

[TEports]
context=outgoing
ports=1
msn=123456

When try to load asterisk, asterisk crash with follows errors:

[chan_misdn.so] => (Channel driver for mISDN Support (Bri/Pri))
Feb  9 10:41:37 ERROR[1529]: chan_misdn.c:3293 load_module: Unable to initialize mISDN
Feb  9 10:41:37 WARNING[1529]: loader.c:414 __load_resource: chan_misdn.so: load_module failed, returning -1
