Yep, it looks like it works with Sip. The problem seems to be a nasty
interaction between the 2 ports.

I set up something I call a parrot, which records what I say and then
plays it back. That sounds ok when I test it. It's only when your call
actually comes in the T1 (via sip or IAX) and then goes out the ZAP
channels that you have the problem.
