Roel,

        Once you have configured a keydisk, place your ssh public keys in the 
directory /mnt/kd/ssh_keys (one per file), and reboot your AstLinux 
machine.  It will automatically create an authorized_keys file in the 
root/.ssh directory.

        The root home directory is always in tmpfs.  Too much stuff that would 
cause excess wear of CF is stored there (ssh host keys, ash/bash 
history, etc).
