You should modify the sshd_config to point keyfile to something like /opt/.ssh/authorized_keys, assume that you have /opt (usb keychain or something writable)
Of course, you can remount the / rw and do the modification yourself.
But I think this related only to Linux part of AstLinux, not AstLinux itself :)
