Those cards, especially with the FXS modules installed used a considerable amount of power. I would use at least a 350 W PS with the card, regardless of having hard drive or not.
Astlinux 0.3.0 is getting pretty old compared to the TDM2400P as well. I know there have been some changes in the zaptel packages specifically for the TDM2400. I don't own one, but have followed the releases and readme files. Kristian, how close are you to a new release? I've been swamped here and haven't had time over the past 3 weeks to even look at the development environment.
