Thanks. This all makes me think that we should have gone the channel bank route - but we were tempted by the hardware echo cancelling.
AND Astlinux doesn't support the new Rhino T1/E1 . . . . (which we would have used - because it was free with a channel bank.) If there's going to be work on a new release could someone (anyone!) compile the .ko for the new Rhino card. Those cards, especially with the FXS modules installed used a considerable amount of power. I would use at least a 350 W PS with the card, regardless of having hard drive or not. Astlinux 0.3.0 is getting pretty old compared to the TDM2400P as well. I know there have been some changes in the zaptel packages specifically for the TDM2400. I don't own one, but have followed the releases and readme files. Kristian, how close are you to a new release? I've been swamped here and haven't had time over the past 3 weeks to even look at the development environment.
