        Looks like the infamous Lexar bug got you:

hdb: LEXAR ATA FLASH, CFA DISK drive
SC1200: set xfer mode failure
ide0 at 0x1f0-0x1f7,0x3f6 on irq 14
hdb: max request size: 128KiB
hdb: 503808 sectors (257 MB) w/1KiB Cache, CHS=984/16/32
  hdb: hdb1

        As you can see, your Lexar CF card is showing up as /deb/hdb.  They 
like to do that.  Change your root= line on the kernel command line and 
you should be GTG (good to go).
