I recently added a new HDD to my astlinux chassis running version
0.4.2. I am able to manually mount and use the new HDD. The trouble I am
having is in modifying the /etc/fstab to add this new device permanently.
I have tried to do the following and it does not work: mount –o rw,remount / Add new entry to the /etc/fstab file… mount –o ro,remount / When I reboot the changes are lost. How can I make the
changes permanently? Is there another file location that I need to
edit? Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Larry |
