You'll want to discontinue using 0.4.2. Numerous bugs were fixed along with some security holes in the version of Asterisk that was included in 0.4.2. If someone needs to add DNAT support (forward a port to an internally natted machine with only 1 external IP address), you'll want this to make your life easier.
