I just did a fresh checkout and built a new astlinux system with chan_misdn and mqueue-isdn enabled. No problems.
I guess something's screwed up on your system. You could try to delete the entire build_i586/ directory and run "make" again. It'll take some time to rebuild all packages you selected, but at least you don't have to download all of them again (downloaded packages can be found in ./dl).
