Kristian, While we're on this subject - do you have a list of gumstix hardware needed to get an AstLinux server up and running.
Are there any plans to put a tinypbx image onto the iso? Also, tinypbx-0.0.8 is nearly a year old now, is any work at all being done on creating these images or is expected that anyone who wants this builds it themselves from the development environment? Uncomment the smc modules and create your root file system. When the netstix 200xm boots up, it will attempt to get an IP address via DHCP on the ethernet port. You should be able to look on your DHCP server to see what it was assigned. You should be able to SSH into that IP address with the default username "root" and password "astlinux". As far as I know, the gumstix/netstix is unable to boot from the CF. In AstLinux you might be able to use the kexec function to boot a kernel from flash, and then load another kernel from CF. However, I don't think that the default Gumstix kernel supports kexec. The AstLinux one does :). Later today I will add a "make menuconfig" target for the netstix. That should make things easier! -- Kristian Kielhofner _______________________________________________ Astlinux-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.kriscompanies.com/mailman/listinfo/astlinux-users Donations to support AstLinux are graciously accepted via PayPal to [EMAIL PROTECTED] _______________________________________________ Astlinux-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.kriscompanies.com/mailman/listinfo/astlinux-users Donations to support AstLinux are graciously accepted via PayPal to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
