Hi Pete, I dont think the patches for caller ID ever made it in to the Asterisk releases. If you do some searching for this you will likely come upon the fixes for it and the many 10's of messages on the official Digium Issue Tracker, here is the info:- http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=1719 Here is the link on the Asterisk wiki with lots of info about it:- http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+and+UK+Caller+ID And here is the link to the patches you will need:- http://www.lusyn.com/resources/asterisk/usehist.htm I used to run a pair of X101p cards in an asterisk box for 18 months or so. Each time a new release came out I had to apply the two patches and recompile. Only a 5 minute or so job once you knew what you were doing. I now use a Sangoma A200 card with a dual port FXO card and no need for the patches. So I think the short answer is that you will need to somehow compile the Astlinux code and integrate the UK caller ID patches. Hey don't worry about the guys at work, I used to get odd looks when I talked about all the cool stuff I could do with Asterisk, now I just don't mention it much anymore, just smile on the inside :) Mike _______________________________________________ Astlinux-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.kriscompanies.com/mailman/listinfo/astlinux-users Donations to support AstLinux are graciously accepted via PayPal to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
