The problem is the way that the altweb interface redirects to itself. Rather
than use the IP address/name that you type into the browser, it substitutes
its DNS name... which is configured as "pbx" in the AStLinux config.

Therefore you have to do one of three things... either hard code "pbx" to
equal the IP address of your device in the "hosts" file of every client, or
you have to add the domain to the DNS search list in every client (in
Windows this is in Advanced IP settings for the connection ("Append these
DNS suffixes" to which I add xxxxx.dyndns.org). Or you have to make your
AstLinux box the DNS server for every client.

None of these are ideal and personally, I don't like the way altweb does it.
It should capture the IP name/address from the URL as typed by the user into
the web browser and not substitute what is a hard coded name in the AstLinux
setup.
