I would imagine you need to forward ports back to your Astlinux device from your
firewall. Not knowing anything about your other equipment, it's possible they 
use
UPnP and setup dynamic forwarding so you were oblivious to prerequisites they 
still
need. AFAIK Astlinux doesn't employ such functionality...
