Hello all

I'm trying to get an OpenVox B200M miniPCI 2-port BRI card to work
with Astlinux 0.6.6 in a net5501. It is an HFC-4S chip, but with only
two interfaces. I've tried to get it working, but it seems to dial out
only on one of the two ports, and I can't get it to receive calls at
all. I have a few questions, basically trying to determine whether I
should base my configuration on the fact that the chip is the HFC-4S,
or on the fact that it only has two ports:

1. Which of the HFC hardware detect lines from rc.conf should I add to
user.conf? I assume I should use

ISDN_MODPROBE="hfcmulti type=0x04 protocol=0x2,0x2 layermask=0xf,0xf"

Or should I change the type parameter to 0x02, because the card only
has two ports?

2. In misdn-init.conf, should the line which identifies the card be

card=1,0x4

or

card=1,0x2

3. Does Astlinux's version of mISDN support the function
misdn_check_l2l1(), which I believe is required to have outgoing mISDN
groups work properly?

Thanks for any help.

Tom
