Thanks for all the information, Michael. OK. I think the Sangoma is going to be more trouble than it's worth, which is a shame, since they seem to have a very good reputation. I've ordered the Berofix base card and BRI unit for less than £60 more than the A500. I like the look of the way it works, so we'll see if I can get it to work and to eliminate my echo problem.
