The only issues are related to mISDNv1 when using PCI cards (at least the single ports). You cannot unload the mISDN without a kernel panic, so in case you need to reboot. On some boxes "reboot=bios" must be added to the KCMD, so that the box does not hang at reboot. But the changed watchdog settings (except for geni586 + VIA) should reboot the box within 60 sec. And lspci does not work with mISDN loaded (at least with HFCPCI). But if you know that, it is no real problem. BTW: I don't why "reboot=bios" hasn't make it in 0.7 for PCI attached systems.
