Flash that fits this family are available at affordable prices from Transcend Cheaper than a CF card and adapter as well. Last time I bought any the 1 Gig module was $22 US. they are plug compatible and appear identical to the original ones used by HP I don't believe this series will see anything larger than 2 Gig but 1 Gig is fine for most applications. I have AstLinux running on several with 512 flash and 512 ram. I even have a couple earlier units with 128 Meg ram. Just be careful to not load the unused Asterisk modules
