I more carefully read your post here and I see you tried a fresh install, so 
this is not a runnix mismatch issue.

No doubt this is a kernel config issue not detecting your SSD drive.

At the runnix# prompt your SSD is not mounted, correct?

Using 0.7, can your provide a snippet of log messages where the SSD is 
detected, that would be helpful.  Is this IDE or SATA ?

FYI, the RUNNIX Kernel Config is currently:
