Hi Brian, I more carefully read your post here and I see you tried a fresh install, so this is not a runnix mismatch issue.
No doubt this is a kernel config issue not detecting your SSD drive. At the runnix# prompt your SSD is not mounted, correct? Using 0.7, can your provide a snippet of log messages where the SSD is detected, that would be helpful. Is this IDE or SATA ? FYI, the RUNNIX Kernel Config is currently: http://astlinux.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/astlinux/branches/1.0/project/runnix/geni586/linux.config Lonnie On Dec 20, 2011, at 12:38 PM, Brian Barr wrote: > I'm having some issues getting 1.0 working on a T5710 .. > > The T5710 has an internal 512MB SSD and 256MB memory. > > All works fine using 0.7.9 (or any 0.7.x for that matter) > > After installing 1.0, boot sequence fails with "Runnix: Astlinux medium not > found." > > I have tried two different install methods: > > 1)Boot machine using Damm Small Linux off of USB stick.
