identical (hardware wise except for 512 MB memory) T5710 running 0.7.9:

The above was obtained using the astlinux web interface from a running astlinx 
system. 

So the above is not reflective of the runnix to astlinux handoff sequence, it 
is reflective of the post runnix (astlinux) environment. 

The internal SSD in the T5710 is plugged directly into a 44 pin IDE header on 
the motherboard and appears to the world as a IDE drive. 

So from my understanding here of the boot sequence, the system initially boots 
into runnix (fine) from the internal IDE SSD and then craps out when runnix 
later attempts to mount the astlinux file system..
