Ionel, Have you every manually changed the files in the "/oldroot/cdrom/os" directory?
I assume you rebooted. In the System tab, does System Firmware Upgrade: [ Show Installed ] show both 1.0.0 and 1.0.1 ? If so, "Revert to Previous" to make it 1.0.0 and without rebooting you can "Upgrade with New". That should get everything back in sync.
