To the group

I pretty much started with ASTLinux and still have an ALIX box with it
installed which I did about 5 years ago and it hasn't missed a beat.
I did leave the project however and started rolling my own, probably due to my
lack of knowledge rather than the project itself.
I have now come to a point however and seeing where the project is currently, I
am looking at returning to ASTLinux and ramping up its production use.

The web interface looks great however I am interested whether there is any way
via the interface other than the CLI to show / add / change entries in the
astdb.
My current configuration relies heavily on this. If not, then I will modify one
of the other tabs to perform this function of just use the cli and scripts like
I was before.

I would also be interested whether any forum users have built a viable business
model using ASTLinux. The possibilities are endless.
PS I am working on a complete plug and play solution for Asterisk. All
configuration of the system is done via the phone using XML.

Looking forward to communicating with you all.

Michael Knill
