We have the common Blacklist/Whitelist/CallerID etc. tables, but also the more universal ActionList tab, where you can define your own entries or a popup menu (via the ActionList section in the Prefs). I use this alot with prefixes like e.g. "BL2_" for a second blacklist or the Dialproxy feature (click2dial).
