Stefan, Asterisk 1.8.x does not support acl.conf, so that is not the issue.
As for "Domain:" that should normally be something like "example.com" as in host.example.com, and in AstLinux this is mostly only used for system networking, not Asterisk that I can think of. Good to know that AstLinux works as expected. Possibly compare the working AstLinux /etc/asterisk/sip.conf with the Debian sip.conf comparing options in the [general] section. The Asterisk forums may be a better resource for this kind of question.
