Use a dedicated host to collect all the frames in the air. Iperf statistic as such doesn't give you full information. For example, if your jamming frames eat the 99 % of the 30 mbps channel bandwidth then you have a 0.3 mbps of free bandwidth. And if you set up the Iperf to generate 200 kbps of traffic then it show you 0% of packet loss. However, this 0% of packet loss doesn't mean that the channel is fine. To control RTS emission, use frame injection utility or at least ping with -i option to generate data packets with constant rate.
