A friend put some of the apps on the phone into folders; now, I can't get VO to come up, no matter what I do; Siri seems to work just fine, but she can't access anything I need to check; I know mute isn't on; I know the phone is coming on because I have Siri when it boots up; I know mute isn't on, but I don't know what I might have pressed, inadvertently, as I thought I had the keypad locked when I took the phone home.
Because I now have folders, they seem to be on separate pages, but it still doesn't seem to be responding, and since blue tooth is off, I can't use the keyboard or my Focus Blue to try to diagnose the problem. Desperately, Darla Darla J. Rogers [email protected]
