It’s only the battery if she can make it work when it’s plugged in, and I’m
betting she can’t. If this is the case the Stream is toast. I shouldn’t even
say that about toast because I love toast. It’s a sad day though.

If anyone needs stream batteries, get them directly from Nanopac at
800-580-6086. That way you can avoid the $20 shipping charge from Humanware in
Canada.

If these fixes don't work you may need to consider purchasing another battery
from Humanware.

  Hello All,

I went to plug my Victor Reader Stream into the charger and grabbed the wrong
cord. I noticed that I had the wrong cord immediately, but not before I plugged
it into the wall and the Stream. Now that I found the right charger, the Victor
Stream no longer operates. Has any of you ever made this mistake and if so how
did you fix your Stream. I have never done anything like this before, so any
help would be appreciated.

  Thanks,

Alicia who feels stupid for using the wrong charger.
