The way I understand things, this list does not have anything to do with the
ATI Affiliate of MCB. You can be on this e-mail list, but you must live in
Missouri to be a member of MCB and the ATI Affiliate. Therefore, you would not
need to pay dues if you live outside of Missouri. And yes, you would receive
benefits if you were an MCB member, but not so if you just want to be on this
e-mail list.
