How does thing work like some recipient have TTY no voice user? TTY is teletype device for deaf caller. Hearing people keep calling and doesn't know what sound is that. Does FDS know about how to use TTY calls? I am tiring of hearing callers. CS

Who will get ROBO Calls The head of household will receive the call when a review/recertification form is mailed to them.
