Something that will be implementation-dependent, might be a
“system-wide” configuration property (instead of “per-entry”), and could
eventually come as a future extension…
AtomPP Core doesn't deal with server configurations, and this is
configuration (being system-wide, collection-wide or on a per-entry
basis is not the point here).
