I'm extremely sorry; did I sound bitchy/demanding? I appologize :-) I don't believe I'm qualified enough to write a Pace for it. In fact, I don't even know what the process of submitting it would be if I wrote it.
Allow me to rephrase. It looks like this issue has been brought up several times, so I'm wondering why it's not settled until now even though most of the other issues have at least been tackled (I think so)?
