Shouldn't we warn producers that this hurts performance in cellphones
and Firefox? ;)

Seriously, the benefits of providing the *right* amount of information
are extensive, but it's totally inappropriate to specify it.

It definitely is not. Conformant Atom Processors MUST interoperate
with title-only feeds. That's not a big deal, because all of them do.
