It does matter if I don't want my newsreader to reconstruct the entire
feed state and rather stop when it has read X entries or has reached
Y-day old entries.
There shouldn't be any requirement that the entries in a feed (or even
the feed documents themselves) have to be in a specific order in order
to reconstruct the history.
It should (not SHOULD!) however be based on atom:updated or something
similar (e.g. my-ext:last-modified)
