If a feed (not feed document) is a set of entries (sorted by whatever
metadata: updated, priority, relevance, etc.) and you publish chunks as
many feed documents, paging is navigation from one to the other, following
the sort order.

If you want to provide the exact same entries sorted (thus paged)
differently, then that's another feed.
