I upgraded the packages, they will soon appear in the repo. Please
report back how well or bad they perform, thanks!

The patching requires turbojpeg which has gone into "deprecated mode"
by its authors, so it's a dead end street. Maybe a future x11vnc will
use the newer turbovnc bits and even activate then by default (the web
site implies it will).
