I do have qt48 already installed. libva1-1.0.15 from ATRpms is already
installed from the Myth setup. I do not see a libva package at
http://scrpms.net/pub/RPMS/el6/x86_64/
Is there someplace else to take scrpms traffic? Seems like ATRpms has
faded away to nothing.

You need to enable epel repo - its there.
