If the issue is that audacity.pot isn't up-to-date, I've posted a new one just now: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/community/translation . Translators on Linux can of course make their own audacity.pot at the command-line: http://wiki.audacityteam.org/index.php?title=Translating_Audacity#Generating_the_.pot_file .
